Building on #1084, updates tests for Contact Form 7, Forminator and WishList Member to confirm that subscribers are created with the correct subscriber states based on the specified Kit Form:
activestate is assigned to the subscriberinactivestate is assigned to the subscriberTesting
Existing tests pass.
